Is Leaf Hollow Properties pet Friendly?

Yes. All Leaf Hollow communities have private onsite dog parks with a wash stations. If you have pets, a pet rent may apply, an additional deposit is required and you may be required to maintain Renters Insurance.

We limit the weight of the dog allowed. We may not allow certain types of dogs that may have violent tendencies.  Examples of dogs that may not be allowed are Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Huskies, Chows or mixed breeds with any of the above. We reserve the right to deny any dog, so speak with your leasing agent prior to applying.
